I use Market Samurai and like it, but I find it tedious researching potential niches. I go through Google trends, amazon best sellers, etc and have a found a few potential niches but I wonder if anyone would care to share how they find great niches?

TIA

Finding great niches is tedious, there is no way around it, no short cuts. Research is what will lead you to great niches, it may take a while, but worth every second. If you do it right, all that will be rewarded with good CTRs, and revenue streams. I use a combination of google keyword tools, amazon, advanced search operators and majesticseo to research new niches.

have you tried Ultimate Niche Finder? theres a thread here somewhere.
i find it much quicker than market samurai for finding ideas (well keywords's) to look at then i take the short list i get from that into MS

Look arounf your house, See the items there, If you or your wife bought them , then there is a market.

Its the boring everyday items, that work best for long tailed keywords.

If you think to your self this item is not good. You can be sure Most other marketers will have thought the same. and not bothered to research.

This is how I do it, and have found some great keywords

I also have a question...

It must be a purchase keyword? I mean should be about something that can be bought, or any thing can do? I ask this keeping in mind I intent to use adsense to earn money...

I mean something like... free "somthing" will work?

Maybe is a stupid question but I'm thinking how a people who search for something that is free will click on an ads?

Thank you.

i found a niche with 3 million competition and 300,000 searches a month. I think i can get on the first page because my domain name is the keyword. All you have to do is take the time and search. I use google keyword external.
