Finding accounts that follow back?

I have doing the usual follow and unfollow method but I'm hardly getting any follow backs.

Is there some way to find out which accounts follow back? I also look at the follow to following ratio but even that doesn't really work.

Hot profile picture+ keep your profile private. so if they can't see you, they have to follow back

there are lots of tools out there. but if you choose to do it manually, you can check them one by one to see if they followed back
 
There're 2 main things to focus on :
-The account itself must have high following rate
-The account must have good engagement.

That's pretty much it.
 
if you are nto getting any, look at the people you are following.

Are they active, are they fake accounts, are they engaging accounts, what is their follow ratio, what is their engagement ratio.
 
I usually just look at the following ratio and follow..most of the times I dont get a follow back.

Is there some other way? Maybe a software that can find accounts will follow back?
 
I use Insta Promoter to scrape users that like and comment on images that are posted under my
targeted tags ... related to my accounts... then I follow, like and comment on their posts, you will get a
much larger return for your efforts. It also helps to scrape user’s followers and following of competitor’s
accounts and follow, like and comment on their posts as well.

I agree, automatic ratio calculation on the targeted accounts is a must. If you’re following accounts that are only following 300 people but they have 100,000 followers, they are not going to follow you back. I also set my software to remove popular posts when gathering users to a list. People that are in the popular area tend to not follow many people back as well. I also set the software to skip post unless they where posted within the last few seconds, that way you know they are still on the site when they get your alert.
 
Another way would be to scrape all a users followings and all their followers

Then remove the items that don't appear in both lists. Probably a request heavy way to do things, but if you target accounts you know are botting can probably leverage that to find quite a number of accounts with a high probability of follow backs
 
First focus on the niche of your account. Going after people with simular interests and having the right target demographic is rule number #1 to getting a good follow back rate.

#2 I dish out a like right after I follow somebody. I know a lot of people recommend 2 likes per follow but I disagree. 1 like is more than enough and you can reach more people. It's still 2 notifications total to get someone's attention. The follow + the like on their latest post.

#3 Have an amazing picture and bio. The better you look the more likely you get that follow back.
