Find unfollowers without login

I've used an app to find unfollowers for some years, but last week I got a phising attack warning saying I shared my password with some third party app for gaining followers or likes against the policies of use and made me change my password. I also put my account in quarantine for a week, but I don't know if it's safe to log again in an unfollowers app. Does anyone know of any app/service that allows to check for unfollowers without login or login with another (child) account?

It's better that you don't Login to such Apps if you don't want your Account to get Disabled when you wake up another Morning.

These Apps are a total risk now,Avoid it.

I’ve used something called Followers + for iOS for my personal account for over a year without problems but that requires login.
If you want to not give a login, simply pay someone to make a simple scraper that checks couple times a day and sends you an email whenever it happens. This might be the best solution
