I have 6 characters out of 15 of it and an online form where you can try if the address is correct.

15 character email address?

Does that include the characters for: "@yahoo.com" or "@gmail.com"

I need to get an old Instagram account back.
That's the email linked, yes I have the provider (@provname.com)
