1- Head of household (18k - 30k search per month), You can rank on first page after a little work. The 5 first domains are good not because they have some backlinks but because of the high domain authority they have. it will be difficult to take the first place. if you build some good backlinks you will be for sure in the first page. and here are some keywords to add to the article. (1.what is head of household [Over 1.7k per month] , 2. head of household definition [1k]. there are so many competition on the house hold keyword, even after filtering 100 keyword, I couldn't come with some keyword with no Hight authority domain ranking for. The monthly volume you are looking for is really low. Not many people are looking for householding on search engine. almost all people looking for that keyword are looking for "household insurance" with over 50.000 monthly searches then in the secondes place comes "Head Of household" hope that helps

Your keyword "Plywood" is easy to rank, Only wikipedia in search that is in the top, some backlinks and there you go (monthly search 11k)
Second keyword "plywood prices" (6000 monthly visits) with a little of work you can get on top, all your competitors aren't having even a score of 30 in the domain authority or the pages. you can rank for that with adding 6 to 9 backlinks (consider high quality backlinks, you will be on first page for that keyword.

1- healthy juice drink (480 searches per month, easiest to rank) no website with domain authority there
2- healthy cold drink (290)
3- healthy biscuits recipe (2400)

You are lucky:
1- Hair design : around 10k - 18k per month (easy google ranking to 4 place) and then scale to go to 1st.
2- hair treatment: 6000 - it will take some time but definitly worth it (y)
