You need proxies for what exactly? Google scraping? Adwords? Gmail? Without details about your usage its hard to help you.

i understand that 4g is better anywhere.
but most services are with rotation >30sec and IP repeats - its only for web scraping
If your payment method is from EU, UK, then you'll need a UK or EU 4G proxy - preferably based in the same country as your payment method.
I've tested proxies from dozens of providers, cheap ones and really, really expensive ones - not all 4G proxies are built alike, not all can be labelled as "good" just because they are 4G.

4G mobile proxies usually rotate IPs of great health/ quality so consider those specifically when you're on the look out. You can post on the Want to Buy thread, express your interest there where you'll be more likely to get contacted by sellers. You can also look around the MarketPlace thread for the proxies that you might need. Either way, good luck!

Use 4G for Google. It's better to be safe, especially when working with accounts.
