Find possible advertisers, auto search w keywords?

Im searching for an "automated program" to find possible leads.
Im selling ad/banner space on my site and i want to find advertisers.

I have used some application for this before, but i cant remember its name.
The application made it easier to find possible advertisers, i input some keywords and it would search for related companies, and extracted mails and names to make it easy to contact them.

Any one know what app im talking about?
