Does anyone know of a web hosting company that lets you pay for x amount of months in PayPal, and not require that PayPal account to have a credit card or debit card added for a reoccurring source?

Yep - I can just invoice you for your hosting. I do it with lots of clients, once your period is up, I just send out a new invoice.

You can find many hosts that don't require subscriptions.

Yes with us you can pay via PayPal once only without recurring subscription payments.

I am not sure but try Hostgator.

I did once let expire my hosting and did not paid and they just keeping sending emails remembering me to pay, that's it.

I dont think a credit card is meeded to be verified on your paypal account.
