Find out YT ad campaign settings with spy tool?

Hi

Is it possible to find out competitors youtube ad campaign settings with a spy tool?

I have tried vidtao and poweradspy but they dont show the info that i need.

Info I am looking for:
a. Ad group type
b. target market
c. demographics
d. what type of call to action and how it looks like
e. Time schedule they run the ad
f. Keywords they target (I read about spyfu but iam not sure if its for youtube ads)

And is there a way to make their ad appear as ad in youtube, if i could just see their ad in youtube i could find out about above mentioned points a & d. I found their channel with the video that they use for the ad.

You should research about more spy tools I think some of them would provide this information
