find out if domain is spammed

Sorry if this is the wrong threat.

I recently got my hands on a pretty good Exact match domain.

The domain is almost 8 years old and has some backlinks.

Now to the point:
How do I found out if this domain is spammed with bad backlinks etc...
Planning to rank it on Google and make some money with it.

Some help would be great!

If somebody can do it for me I am happy to give a few bucks trough PayPal.

Run through the backlinks of your website on ahrefs. You will come to know the quality of its backlinks.
