Get shared hosting or VPS. Setup everything with a domain. Mail out at 500 per hour, you would be done in 100hours with still a hosting to use. Don't mail out so fast, your IPs and domains may get canned and blocked

they are almost 10 to 15 DNS configuration + IP warmup until you fulfill those you cannot really enjoy the email marketing. And as above reply says its good to follow that 500 per hour is best and steady way to be safe on servers.
