Find maximum simultaneous requests from same ip for a website

Sometimes, websites limit the number of simultaneous requests from same ip address.
Is there any way to find maximum simultaneous requests that a website accepts from the same ip address? Any tool?

It would be pretty easy to do so if you had some programming experience as there are various frameworks around for load testing. Maybe try to find some online service like http://loadimpact.com/

I woupd rather ask the host itself instead of spending much time on this to program/analyse etc.

"Hey.. I'm planning to spam the hell out of your website, can you tell me how many concurrent requests I can send per IP? Thanks brah"

I don't think that'd sound good and such infos are not public and won't be given by the host. Trial and error is all you can do.

You cannot find it unless you are the server admin for that you need to have programming skills. Although if you are the admin then you can use mod_qos command and do some alterations in ip tables where you can define the number of connections from the same ip address.
