Find .htaccess in wordpress

I need to add this piece of code to my .htaccess file in a
Wordpress instalation.
I've been through my file manager with a fine toothcomb
and I cant find it. It's available in the search but
dissapears if you click on it to open. Can I create one
and save it to the template?

Are you trying to put an PHP RSS feed on your site? I also have that code on my .htaccess but once I put the PHP RSS Feed code on my pages, It doesn't work.
