Find good managed wordpress webhost provider?

The size of your web site and the amount of your media really matters.
Sometimes a shared account would be enough and sometimes a few servers not enough.

Now for my second project I chose fast comet, the entry starter plan all things run smooth, page load fast.

The live chat guide helped me to implement my DNS records (Dremhost email hosting and domain from Porkbun) they had done this task for me I every surprised, then ssl was enabled, awesome! Ok the Dns name server prolongation is a little bit slow on them it looks 3 hours to prolongate for the most countries , but after that they enabled ssl and setup my Dns records for me.

Ok it is not a managed Wordpress more shared hosting with cpanel but it has automatic backups and great live chat support, opcache, reds and memcached. backups are stored on separate space.
An stable foundation.

My second project with low entry fastcomet plan loads a little bit slower than the nexcess plan, but using gutenberg blocks editor, jetpack boost and a good prepared htaccess with gzip and keepalive will make them loading faster, with using keycdn it will load thunderbolt fast....(1 second) .

But I be satisfied with fastcomet live hat support really friendly and they help me to fix things when is needed.
I will not get crazy on my head of a website needs 2-3 seconds for loading or 1 second both is fast enough, ok 1 second load is a funny thing when you have it....

With this second project I will see how easy it is to seo rank in Bing and see if I could get clients from cold organic traffic.
I like the more direct way to get clients instead of 2-3 years building a list. Like with Linkedin where you can direct contact potential clients on daily base.

How can you call 1 second with cdn "thunderbolt fast" when my profile site loads way faster without a cdn on a sub $4 a year hosting?

this 1-1,5 second is in front of my desktop for full page load, I live in europe my webhost is in usa.
And in usa they have much faster internet connection speed than we have in socialistic europe.
I have only LTE mobile hotspot 4G ok on my mac mini 2012, I use the 2,4ghz AP frequency 4G not works on a 2012 mac.

Yes my site on nexcess shows in google insights same speed as you, for the second project with fastcomet a little bit lower, like 0,5ms is fast enough.

Many people are really going crazy about this page load speed fetish ...when your website in front of your Desktop loads full page in 2 second or 2-3 second that is normal, that is standard, that is not slow.
So loading faster than 2 seconds will be nice.

But you will not see any website or websites from big companies like Apple that they load in 300ms full page in front of your Desktop, maybe when you have this gigabit internet connection speed.

A word about wordpress cms,

I have some small webdesign clients getting orders here and there some times.(small money) .
I have a client small business with 5 wordpress sites he can not login, a big Elementor Pro error shows up.

Could fix this problem, an existing bug in Elementor Pro.

This is what I not like on wordpress an unstable hobbyist web cms system, plugins not work, bugs in plugins, any another errors coming up. This is really crap not world class programming cms.
Or some months later you can not login in wp admin, google shows wrong username/passwort, then you must go into phpmyadmin and reset the login password, what is this a really mess.

It's like the godaddy bottom feed to customers for the mass it's not bad yeah, but not world class.

When you say; yeah big newapaper companies uses wordpress, oh man you live in delusion world.
The newspaper companies have a modeled version of wordpress ,complete different than the version we use.
Do you think they spend a few hours every second month on updates and plugin fixes and such crap? Really?

That is my view, Drupal on the other side a more stable closed system with own plugins, but so complicated most users can not handle this cms thing like myself.

Really good cms are very expensive.
So I not have found a alternative to wordpress who is easy to use has many plugin integrates but as a closed system, cms like ghost , Laravel all these are way too complicated for me to understand.

So I must live with wordpress.
I like such alternatives like site builders from webhosters , but they have limitations, limitations of blog posts you can have and much more, squarespace is the one exception.

A easy to use site builder without blog post limitations and good seo core that could be an alternative.
These free cms all have the same problems like wordpress maybe exception Drupal but too complicated to use.

Ideal solution would be a stable closed system , free, drag and drop cms, who has many plugins integrated, a system without plugin bugs from third party programers.

Wordpress isa love and hate thing, when you use only a handful basic plugins you should not have problems.
But that google can show up errors when you try to login in wp admin , with this you must live that can happen, then you must go into your phpmyadmin database and reset your password, maybe reset htaccess again.
How could such thing happen to world class cms?

Any CMS is only as good as the user that handles it. There are no bulletproof CMS in it self.

I like the name. Yes I have little bit speed fetish too, but I not have seen full loaded webpage in 1 second, most fast hosting you get your page loaded within 1,5-2 seconds which is fast today.

Drupal9: have seen youtube video this new drupal version with page builder is the same with all versions: way too complicated not easy like wordpress .

I won't pay in advance for 3 years for the new service provider. Money back period expectancy is 30-45 days and what you do if your provider let you down in 50 days? I prefer paying month to month and that's why I use hostingsource.com and pay $2 per month .

Nexcess is crap. I can even forgive a second-rate networking topology, but the bullshit you get from support when you yourself are extremely well versed in linux os's, networking, etc, is downright insulting. Kind of like the equivalent of a car dealership saying your headlight fluid is low.

Fastcomet live chat support has fixed a few things for me awesome support!

I think the live chat support issues all webhosting has it, having fast personal fluctuation , you need little bit patience sometimes. That means some live chat guide is more experienced some not, or is a beginner, be patient.

When you have a live chat guide who not can fix well your problem, wait 30 minutes then contact them again you will get another guide who will be more experienced. This is with all webhosters.
