Just because you can't find the network that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.... and yes, I know the cpa network exists, otherwise I wouldn't tell people to go and find it.
And no, I'm not going to pay you. Your job was to find me the CPA network not tell me that you can't find the cpa network.

1) It is not a tracking url of a cpa network, that is because I only found 1 URL containing some basic pubid and offid.
2) It is probably a tracking domain of a publisher/affiliate
3) This is the whois info: http://who.is/whois/1trkclick.com
4) This is the only stuff I found on Google, no more links: http://www.1trkclick.com/cpa.php?mt=...d=744100&tid=1

No, I didn't pay him since he couldn't find me the network. I found the network by myself, this deal is closed.
I have to be honest, all I did was just look for the exclusive invite-only networks since the tracking link wasn't public and see which one had the offer I was looking for.
