Open a pay-per-telephone account,
like doapay.com
They will give you a telephone number that your -clients- have to dial in order to pay for your services.
This will cost them 4-5Euro per telephone call on wich you get 2Euro commission.

But what if you find a telephone that works, call hunderds of times (or send sms) to swims service number.

Now you are making thousands of dollars on someone else billing fee.
In one night time swim thinks swim can do 500 phone calls good for around 1000Euro

Another problem can be when the owner of the telephone will call his telephone operator to ask why he has such a big bill this month.

He will say No I didnt call that number,
the telephone operator will say Yes you did, its in the records.

But what if he really starts complaining to doapay.com ?

doapay.com knows exactly who confirmed the validation code,
and to who they withdraweled the money...
 
Don,t use somebody,s phone ,they can stop the payment because it,s fraud ,but try to buy cheap minutes lol

like a simcard with free credit first time or sometime they give a bonus if you buy credit
for your phone

But those type of minutes don't include premium rate phone numbers.

This is a way of making money but it's like fraud/ stealing - illegal.
 
This method is not blackhat but STEALING/FRAUD, how would act when you got a 1000$ phone bill?
You can simply buy cheap prepaid cards on ebay and you will make profit too.

Thats what i mean, cheap simcard cost 2 euro
after registration there is 15 euro on the sim

Nobody, because it was done with his telephone and the person responsable of the telephone line is the owner.

Yes it is a fraud but when it is done it is done.
 
On a 2 euro simcard you will generate 4.80 euro
That is 2.80 euro

Better find a telephone line.
 
Plus payment is 60 days after the end of the month, by then everyone who called the number would try to get a refund

Yea tru ,but not always

I have premium rate numbers with a weekly payment

Thats why i say not use somebody phone ,with your own minutes nobody can ask for a refund ,only the provider self ,they don,t like when you cash out you prepaid credit

But what the hell ? they give it for free

This sounds like pure scam to me. And I surely won't do this to my friends.
 
I would never do this to my friends but using a telephone line of a person you dont know who is absent and whose telephone line seems to be openly available for you,
i would do it.
Lets say 250 phone calls for 500 euro.
 
Its bad. But who says that the owner didnt call himself and is trying to refund the money for the used validation codes that he used for downloading tons of porn videos ?
 
They see the duration and calls alot more then the user off the phone normaly calls

Try to find '' Telecom Fraudeconvenant '' it,s from 2001 or 2002
 
What if the money is transfered to an offshore account like in the Seychelles islands.
Maybe they will have a harder time finding out who did it.
