OP what you are trying to do is not jv, what surety you can provide that once accounts are approved you will pay back your partner? Also whats the surety that you will get paid by network? What if your account got banned before you get paid?
Why don't you hire some one to get you account approved and pay him some fix amount for that service? Win win for both of you.

Hey guys,just wanted to let you know OP is legit.Been working with him for almost 2 months now ,and he's doing very good .Made about 20k with him in 2 months only on 1 network .We are getting weekly payments.Anybody who doesnt belive him , just get a life.

Anyways, I had a bit of chat with the OP.
This is a possible scam as mentioned above. I gave him an idea which would be safe for both of us. I told him lets run 10 accounts where 8 accounts are yours are 2 are mine(keeping 20% share in mind). Make similar amount of money in all. I get paid from my network directly and he gets his payment. No hassles of payments. No risk for anyone. He says he can not work and wants to run all his own accounts.
I would not recommend anyone to deal with this Chinese person. I doubt he is going to pay even a penny to someone for running his account.
i think your are a newbie,look at i do cpa JV how long time ,i dont want to expaign any thing to you,if you dont believe me ,just go away and work with others.i dont lack the partners like you.and dont waste my times.i work with some partners for well now.

I doubt you will be able to have any credible person post here. Because all you have is probably the newbies working for you expecting some money out. which they will never get.
