I finally connected my aweber, clickfunnels, and domain together!

I made a nice little funnels page that works for both mobile and desktop,
and I have an automated email sending a confirmation link, then a link with the
free PDF and my affiliate link, if they'd like to purchase. I used a tad bit of copy, and
I made sure that everything looks completely legitimate.

I've been working so hard these past few days, learning the UI of aweber and clickfunnels.
I only got 4 hours of sleep because it's also finals season and I'm studying for my comp sci
and english finals haha! A true entrepreneur never sleeps!!!1111

I'm proud of my work thus far, but that's only step one. I'm hoping to get some ads up and running by tonight, but before I do. Are there anythings I should be weary about? Like Privacy Policy,
Disclaimer, and About Us page? Are those necessary? Will there be legal issues if I
don't implement these? Also, if anyone has tips before I publish ads/ go completely live,
that would also be very helpful and super appreciated :)

Thank you for any help! :)

tl;dr: Are Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and About us pages legally necessary?

they aren’t always necessary, but if you’re running a legit site , want to email your users regularly , plan to put adsense or top level ads on, then yeah you should really have them, basic versions at least.

what do you sell in your funnel?

Can't say exactly, but I'm in the health and wellness niche :P

Just add your legal pages up anyway. I have seen everyone does it so who knows there might be a reason.

Yeah, thanks I heard that too, maybe has
something to do with GDPR regulation in EU.
Welp more work for me, but I want to make
sure everything is super polished before publishing.

For GDPR regulations, you need a lot of stuff to be wary about. Like you need to have a checkbox stating that the person confirms that they allow your future emails or something like that

For Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, I can give you a file I have for those 2 pre written and you just change the names accordingly
Just hit me up

Yes. They're necessary in some places, in others they're not. But your site is global so you need to comply with everyone.

Every single site has these pages, just build them without thinking too much about them.

There are generators online. Search for privacy policy generator and so on.
