Hi BHW. I've been a lurker for many years. Never taking IM serious, despite knowing that online is where I want to be. It finally hit me that I couldn't just "talk" or "pretend" to be any longer and that I needed to get serious in order to achieve my goals. Thus, here I am. I'm a huge fan of you all here and plan to be as active as I can. Learning, studying, and putting ACTION to it all.
