If you ask me, Yes, I still believe that people will still trust them with their money because they've been providing quality service (at least for me) for many many years so one hiccup shouldn't be a reason to run away.

Every service faces challenges once in a while and its not like they've been having this problem every now and then. Lol.
 
I don't personally use Payoneer prepaid card but if I were, wouldn't trust them yet. It can go south again as I don't see any extra efforts from their end.
 
If I never ordered the Payoneer card but I have money in the balance that's been there for like a year or so, am I safe?
 
I still can't withdraw money on ATM with it. Online purchases are working, and in stores. But not ATM. They're fooling us. This is f**ing frustrating

I read that on reddit, you just have to look for another ATM or lower the amount. Some ATMs dont allow big withdrawals

But on same ATMs I could withdraw $2k before.
This problem is never ending >_<
