I would like to know what process you followed for this particular case, because repeated requests from different accounts did not help here. Removal within 20 hours is quite fast.
Was it done through the regular Google review procedure?

This thread is from 2024, and google already fixed that exploit.
If you are trying to remove a review by yourself, I suggest that you search for more recent posts on this topic.
you can also try search from sellers selling those type of services but they are not cheap.

Yeah @Tyos2001 is mostly right, that profile reporting exploit is pretty much dead now. google patched the rate limits on mobile reporting a while back so spamming from one IP just gets the reports ignored... or worse, flags your own GBP listing for manipulation. if you actually want a review removed these days you have to find a specific policy violation in the text and appeal it through the merchant help desk. otherwise you are just wasting time unless you use a provider with actual support connections. mass reporting just doesn't cut it anymore.
