Maybe not post profile links publicly because dead giveaway to google and everyone else that it was manipulated. It's better to post here that you're interested or willing to help and then dm the actual link.
 
This didn't work for me, anyone had success?
 
I don't see the same report options as you, I'm reporting from a mobile. I don't see (privacy) or anything sexual related?
 
That is super helpful, where did you find the solution on googles page?

Exactly... It all depends on the robotic man who processes the request
 
Some reviews get removed if google sees that the review does not actually talk about the product or services but just trash the business without a solid reason.

Still not bad if half bad reviews can be deleted this way.

I don't think local guide accounts are up for sell but let the OP respond to it.

I think the trick the OP mentioned is workable and to the point. We have used similar accounts to report neg reviews and got them successfully removed. However, the trick is to use mobile. And local guide accounts.

(Reported pictures of GMB for privacy concern of the place) and although they were authentic, they still got removed in less than 24h XD
Still haven't tried to report reviews though, because I don't need.

Also tested with new accounts and it didn't work on other GMB's (I used VPN btw)

Last night when I was bored I looked for a solution and lo and behold. The process removed the review within 20 hours.

This step is very important! I reported the profile several times in 50 seconds as sexually explicit and poor quality reasons with always the same IP without any problems. This step is mandatory!
