finally got to #5 and #7 for keywords that have 3,170,000 exact match competing pages and 1,130,000 exact competing pages.
How do I get to #1? The first few ranked pages are webmd.com pages

Wow, congrats bro.

Just keep at it with building high quality high PR backlinks and some Scrapebox blasts, web 2.0 properties and such and you'll be #1 in no time. Just make sure you hold down your spot, as there are many underdogs out there trying to take it.

Keep doing what your doing.. You are definitely doing it right.

Keep building links.

Web 2.0 linkwheels/linkpushes, privtae blog networks, social bookmarking, blog comments, forum profiles etc. Make sure you vary the links and keep building more every day.

ive used link pyramids, web 2.0, blog commenting, edu profile links wiki-squidoo interlinking, xrumer blasts, scrapebox, and nuclear link indexing to index the links.

I looked up my site through serpiq, and I have better on-page optimization and much more indexed links pointing to my site then some of the websites above me. Shouldnt I be ahead of them since all these factors I beat them in?

Since when the amount of competing pages means something? It does not tell anything about the competition so I don`t know if I should say congrats and 'good job' to you :)

how much traffic do you get now with such rankings?

how do you monetize your website?

I am a bit confused. Are you speaking about "exact searches" from the keyword tool or for "pages found" that is being displayed for your term.

Because the second does not necessarily mean that you will be getting tons of traffic.

I wish you to do so, but you might want to check on the terms as otherwise you might get disapointed if you don't get the expected traffic.

As a side note good job and congrats on reaching this new milestone. Important is to keep working so you reach next milestones.
