As the title suggests, I've been contemplating this software purchase for some time. Made the impulse decision tonight to go for it and got the one time license. First impressions are good. Nice, clean looking interface. Had a little play around with it and I don't think there will be a massive learning curve at all. Will launch a few projects over the coming days and see how many live links I get...

Any other UD users have any resources/lists or tips they can share with me that help with getting started?

Cheers!
J

Thanks cloakndagger. I'll take on board what you said about the pr site organisation before I begin the first project. Still going through the tutorial guides and videos at the moment - so many possibilities with this software!

I'm still toying with the idea myself. I am tossing between link bandit and ultimate demon so I am really looking forward to seeing what happens here.

Just buy Ultimate Demon without thinking twice! That would be the best use of your money. Period!

Ultimate Demon is best tool for submission, all time display and getting good results.

Lol well I bite the bullet and bought ultimate demon (mostly because i paid about $80 less than I would of otherwise). Now I gotta buy scrapebox and learn how to use that, in conjunction with ultimate demon. I hope the learning curve isn't too high. Hmmm probably going to need that snipercatche in the tools section as well (that is a one time payment right?).

Oh well there goes my weekend. Sheesh I sound whiny and annoying, I really shouldn't be complaining though, if this helps me break even then it should give a good ROI (in time). Action plan for the weekend: watch ultimate demon videos, watch scrapebox videos (those are going to take a while) and try to implement some of the tools uses and finally find some threads that can help. To the search function! lol.

If anyone knows any threads that could help please post in for kicks and here. Also I am kinda tempted to try and rank a site just using UD just for kicks and giggles see what effect it has. Meh I have hijacked Jinko thread enough.

Ultimate is best submission tool, here you can get life time license in $267.

I'll be giving away my slightly "sub premium" lists for those that sign up to my membership from mid June onwards. I have scrapebox running 24/7 finding new targets for Ultimate Demon.

Some I can test properly (and those go to full members and at least two packets/platforms are updated per month) others I cannot test - so they are available for sign up members (i.e thjose who did not buy UD through my link)

I'm currently converting some of my Zenno scripts to Ubot. Scripts that actually go into the scraped sites and have a more thorough look to see whther they REALLY ARE open for submission. Starting with Clipshare (submitting videos to dozens of sites takes AGES and is a PITA if 50% of the sites don't accept them).

Hope eventually to have a tool a bit like Scrapebox's "Blog Analyser" - but for many other platforms.
So not only does the site conform to the basic URL or content footprint (which is a long way from ascertaining whether it will really accept content) but the bot will go in, check various other factors (presence of a "captcha" box, certain forms or links on the page) in more detail than is easily done with a basic footprint.

Going to take ages, but the standalone are something I'd probably give away once they were fully tested.
They'll all be subroutines of course and then I might be able to build one big ap that did the lot...hmmm

Scritty

Scrapebox / Ultimate Demon and Captcha Sniper is the way to go if you don't want the added expense of SeNuke.

These tools rely on you having good lists so Sbox is necessary the more you use it.

That's what I use more than anything else these days.

Yes, definitely get captcha sniper with it. They just had an update that covers a few more platforms that UD posts to.

Scape box is also a "must have tool". I use it to check for live links. Then put them into UD and blast them. It is really easy to make multi-tiered pyramids with it.

How does this compare against SENUKE? Big difference, about the same, better, worse, etc...?

I think that once they update ultimate demon a little bit more it'll match up to senuke. Right now it looks like a slightly older version of senuke. If they get the link diagram working like in Senuke, it might actually be more powerful since you can import links.

Personally, I'm highly satisfied with ultimate demon for what it cost vs senuke.

I went with UD because I could not see myself spending 147.00 a month. I am able to use SENuke X from a friend that has it but I am very happy with UD.

My UD has now died, can't connect to any sites which is bizzarre

How could Senuke possibly be better then UD ?

UD has much more flexibility, you can add more of your sites (which you ultimately want, dunno why would you use sites that are built into a software which you and xxx other people use). Not to mention the price of Senuke which is absurd.

And don't you just love pasting a huge list of sites into UD and watching that "Success" number grow?

UD is very slow though when it comes to implementing new stuff. For example, they recently just added the link tree/pyramid builder. SENukeX and Magic Submitter have had this for a while now.

Magic Submitter can also add *ANY* site ala ZP or uBot. It's not as powrful obviously but it works great. SENuke XCR will also have this feature. Once again, UD is late on this feature. MS can also scrape sites and post to them ala ScrapeBox. It has so many options not found on SENukeX or UD. IMO, the hierarchy is this:

MS > UD > SX

Once UD gets the designer mode feature where you can add any site then I'll switch permanently the second it's released.

The designer mode in these link building software tends to be a little underwhelming.

MS isn't the only one that has it (and it's pretty good - it just has too many limitations)
If you want to code your own stuff get Zenno or Ubot. While they are not perfect, they really are a hell of a lot more powerful.
My only real issue with UD is the speed. It does post abbout 20% slower than most other software, but having said that it is as solid as a rock, literally thousands of tasks run on it and it's never crashed on me, and the speed is less of an issue when you leave it with a schedule of work to do over a few days. It pops up every 5 minutes, does the scheduled task, goes back to sleep and waits for the next process and speed never becomes an issue.

If you are blasting thousands of links out in short order though I could do with it being a little quicker. But that's about it
