Yep I couldn't believe Google has admitted that the update has fully rolled out. I swear this is the messiest SERPs I've seen in awhile and thats not coming from a bitter perspective. My sites have done really well, its just an honest observation.

If it is fully rolled out, why are all the sites in my niche still dancing like crazy? My site was number 1 before the update and now it keeps jumping up and down every 10 mins :/

The next update would also be some animal's name starting from "P" I suppose.
Just a push and pull of SERP's through these P updates.

They cant still change the fact that this update is very flawed. Whatever they explain they cant still deny this flawed result at "MAKE MONEY ONLINE" and "PYTHON HOSTING". Even if they change or corrected these two, there are still million or even billion of search terms that has this problem.
