No! You will do 10 review exchange with others ( they will buy your gig and post a positive feedback and you will do the same).

And yes! You need to be a donor first and then open a sales thread which is $30 nut first you need to wait for approval for the sales thread.

But if you do become a donor and open a sales thread you will not get approved as you mentioned that is not your e-book you are selling so what you are doing is not cool bro!

Pardon my slowness but are you saying that we are not allowed to sell someone's eBook even if they gave it away for FREE?

I was under the impression that you have paid for it and you are trying to sell someones e-book...but you are not the original owner of this ebook and you have to have permission to resell it.

Pardon me! If that would be my FREE ebook whatever - I would ground you with no mercy pal get real and do some research in terms of copyright/selling etc.
 
Whoops! I just skimmed through the eBook and looks like it is copyrighted. The guy seems to be doing well, so he probably made a name for himself already. Eff it, I'm not gonna risk getting into this mess. I'm dropping the sale. Still, since it was a free eBook - I'm leaving the opening post for you guys to get some ideas. :)
 
Implemented this method already.
After contacting 70 video owners, 3 of them replied; 2 negative, and the other one wanted to do it for free. He got about 1 million views on the particular video. 3 months after putting my link under the video, I only generated 1 sale.

So my opinion to this method: a total waste of time.
