Right now we're just doing basic tier building with magic submitter. Web 2.0, Article Directories, and Social Bookmarks in the first tier. Then Social bookmarks and RSS in the second tier. Also trying out some people who are offering backlinks from their personal blog networks.

No, can't say that penguin has touched us yet. It may too early as well, but we'll soon see I guess.

Yea, we're actually outsourcing all of the content and we will soon be outsourcing all of the site building and backlinking as well.
