Those "approved" posts were just minutes apart. Did he even double-click and check the reports?
Or was he like, "hmm.. ok report received. Approved."
No offence, I Know SEO. But it concerns BHW members if mods didn't verify the service thoroughly before approving BST threads.
It's like a shipment of boxes with the sticker "JEWELLERY" pasted outside. You just see the box, "oh ok, it's here." but you did not open the boxes to verify or anything. (Ok bad analogy I know).

As far as I know,
the owner of the BST has to sumbit the BST for approval,
and once approved, then the Section Mod approves it,
therefore although it appears there is no real time lag, it is simply just that
once it gets approved, the Mod make that BST go "LIVE".
