Took me long enough but finally ranked a fucking keyword that I have been trying to rank for months. Been a rough couple months for me but its all paying off. Anybody who thinks SEO is an easy fucking profession should learn a thing or two. It takes a lot more hard work than you might think. Going to be a damn good month for me.

SEO can be easy, it is keword reseach that takes time. Just look for something you know you can take.

I can't wait to be able to say that. I created a site 1-2 months ago and I am still waiting for it to hit page 1. It's a med-high competitive keyword and it seems like it's taking forever. I'm trying to have patience still as of today. Anyway, awesome work. Keep grinding.
 
I have seen some of your threads in BHW always raising good questions. Glad that you've achieved it finally.

Great news man. What sort of volume was it just out of curiosity? Did you rank it white/black/mix?

That's your main problem dude, you tried to rank for one fucking keyword.

You should be ranking in as many as you can in as many verticals as you can with as many "satellite sites" as you can.

With this mindset, you will not be really looking to rank #1 in all keywords, but you will find that even keywords that you are ranking in page 2 or deeper, will still bring you traffic. ;)

You should learn basic and advanced seo techniques to keep your site growing ;)

Around 15k montly searches and rising for a pretty good priced product. I did mostly white hat which is why it took me so long. Its well worth the wait to not have to worry as much about a slap. Cheers.

Oh I'm ranking for hundreds of long tails but they don't bring in more than 300-400 visitors a day. I know some of those keywords will probably never rank considering the competition. I just ranked my main keyword though which was my main goal of the site. I do need to get better at keyword research to find more that are easy to rank.
 
Good shit man, always feels great when the work pays off. Few months ain't bad in the big scheme of SEO.
