Hey guys,
It's been a while but I'm finally back!! Seems to be a lot of new faces but I'm really happy to see a bunch of the same guys I worked with still going strong!
I had a brain tumor and was supposed to have surgery to remove it but the Xray's before surgery showed I had an enlarged heart.... WELL come to find out it wasn't my heart it was a cantaloupe-sized tumor on my esophagus, turns out I had early stage Esophageal Cancer.
They had to remove my entire esophagus and create a new one from my stomach. I was given a 20% chance of surviving the surgery. I actually coded 3 times before they even got started, was in a coma for 6 months. Once I came out of the coma we realized I received nerve damage in my right foot and left hand when I coded. Took several months but I gained enough strength back to go ahead with the surgery. It was successful, cancer removed and now in remission! I had to go to Jim Thorpe Rehab and learn to walk again and use my left hand. It was a long, hard, hard, hard road lol but I made it and now I'm finally back to about 70% (which is waaaay better than the Dr's predicted).
I can finally walk again without assistance and have about 75% of the usage in my hand again.
I would like to thank everyone who sent messages, prayers, positive vibes etc. It really meant a lot to me and my family. My son was supposed to keep everyone updated but he was so overwhelmed it didn't happen.
Anyway, now I need to get back to work! I unfortunately lost all of my sites and everything because we were planning on me being out a year max but now it's been almost 5 years, lol.
I have a LOT of reading to do, it's hard to keep up with stuff when you're doing it daily, much less being out of the game for 5 years but I'm resilient and will be back making money in no time!!
Realized once I logged on I'm no longer a Jr VIP, I won lifetime VIP in a contest back in like 2010 or 2011 but things may have changed since, If anyone knows anything about this let me know.
Happy to be back and look forward to learning and working with you guys again!
