Lots of people are looking for a twitter acc creator, I'm happy to burn some cash and purchase/review some and post links here but can't find any half believable ones.. Any links would be appreciated, I'll give reviews.

With Zennoposter you can create your own. But it will take some time and scripting knowledge to achieve this.

Yes, I currently use Zennoposter and its a fantastic tool for almost anything you can think of although it uses roughly 230mb of memory on idle which isn't necessary for what a lot of people want and you can only run it on one computer at a time, not a real farming substitute which it should be. A lot of the functionality is wasted because you can't run it on 10 computers at once without some advanced MPI setups and even then it's just quicker.
