Filtering results out when running "site:"

Hi guys, I have a question maybe you can help me with it. When you harvest a domain (of a blog) with "site:", you get a bunch of results in where you can't post. What are the strings I should be looking for to filter out the results so that I end up with pages I can comment on?

I found that page names containing:
?p=
/2011/

Tend to be blog posts, but Im sure there are some more keywords to look for here.
