You can filter by words in usernames (prepare to make male/female lists/databases), but there will be always lots of unisex usernames, so you will miss that.
Or yes, as Bigstar20 said, you can filter by hashtag or user's niche. Try to find your own way to get the most suitable people, while combining both mentioned, but not limited to.
