Filter Twitter Accounts if DM Enabled

Basically, I have a list of twitter profiles to mass DM but am finding that it would be really convenient if there was a way to filter out the accounts that have DMs disabled.

Anyone able to provide a solution? A fiverr guy quoted $65 which is too much I'm pretty sure
