I got this idea from someone about email submitting offers with random, made up information, or maybe legitimate info if you have it from a db.

The form that the visitor has to submit is already randomly filled in when they visit the page. You would then put it in the background, hide it, and have a link on the page that takes them to another page and it's also clicking to submit the form. It should be a less popular link/location, so that the CTR isn't extremely high and raising suspicion.

It seems like a good workable method but my problem is how would you go about scripting the random names and emails to show up in the offer form? It can't be as simple as an external php page with all the variables, can it?

I read somewhere that someone had a similar thing going. You could either create a name/email generator (would take a while) or i'm pretty sure they have some online that you could use. Get the form to generate info from there. Sounds like a great idea though and i'd like to hear how you get on!

sounds like extreme black hat if you get it going you can keep the ctr 100% and just send a bunch of junk traffic to lower the ctr... why miss out on a single dollar

There was this thing in php/javascript that was able to do this but having 100% CTR is well like preparing to get the ban hammer. And even if you dont get 100% CTR I think they would notice how you are managing this as your auto submitter might leave a trace behind.

EDIT
This kind of script was out 2years ago so guess you can think how much the CPA network would've improved by.
