Hey guys I have a few questions about filing taxes! For C-P-A-L-E-A-d after i file a W-9 form at the end of the year in April how do I file the taxes is there a special procedure for it or... ? Also for Cpa networks they send out 1099 or W-2 forms at the end of the year correct?

Thanks In Advance & Sorry for Newbie questions!!

Anything helps!!

The bottom line for filling taxes is that you are suppose to report EVRYTHING you make for the year, whether the person who paid you filed or not. Then you start writing items off that were an expense of making that money... may want to get an llc and be sole proprietor to keep it separate at the end of the year...

By submitting a W-9, you are certifying that the tax id number you are providing is correct and accurate. You also need to certify whether or not you are subject .Most taxpayers are exempt from backup withholding. The IRS might require backup withholding, however, if your name and tax identification number that you provide on the W-9 don't match with the IRS records.that is a reason file the taxes is there a special procedure for it.
