I had over $45 in pending earnings, and my account is just completely gone? I never got any emails or anything. It seems they just deleted my account?

I know a friend who also had their account banned with $80 pending and sent in an email to get it fixed. Never got a response. FileIce is no doubt a good PPD network, but their support side really sucks :/
