Fileice not available in my country?

Hi guys, just wondering whether Fileice forbids people from The Netherlands to access their website. Everytime I try to access the website I get "you dont have permission to access / on this server". I can access it perfectly fine with an UK proxy.

Anyone who knows anything about this? If my country is blocked, then why would that be? Is there some law against websites like theirs?

I'm from The Netherlands as well, and I can access the site just fine.

Thanks for your reply. My IP must be blocked by them than, for some reason. I can't remember every registering to it, let alone the reason.
