There are easy ways to bypass this.
1. Make people download .rar with "Readme.txt and another .rar"
2. Password protect the second rar
3. In the readme write" download pass for the other rar
4. link them to fileice

FileIce will not know where the traffic is coming from.

as long your file not p0rn , I think it's okay...

make pass to your rar file, put password to open that rar file and then upload to file ice.

Nothing along the lines of nudity is allowed on FileIce not even passwords to an account. Read the TOS, or be banned. They take these things seriously so i suggest you do some research or find a PPD that accepts these things (highly unlikely)
