Hello,
My Fileice account was just banned? I didn't do anything wrong, just youtube -> landing page -> fileice. But they said my account banned by offer fraud.
I contact them via email but no response. Can anyone know how to contact them. Please help.

Why would they ban you for no reason?

I don't know. I just make youtube video to my landing page then make it automatic. I don't know what's happen. They doesn't answer me.

May be you have something wrong, did you tried to read their terms of service and I am sure definetly there may be some mistake, just contact their support again and they will get back to you.

FileIce has an algorithm for banning "fraud" users and I've seen many threads of people getting banned (due to the algo) who haven't done anything wrong.Anyway just contact your affiliate manager and explain him the situation and he should help you.

Yeah, contact them and see what hapened. It may have been some automated protection or maybe your site was download-bombed or something.
