I already created 3 new accounts and experienced the same problem. I can really only image that it's some sort of database error that only affects new members.

The only other PPD network I can recommend is Cleanfiles. I've used them in the past but not anymore, for some reason my traffic does not convert as well with them. But I know of a few people using them that are getting amazing EPCs and conversions.
As for sharecash, I don't recommend them.

It wasn't a scam or anything, so I'd rather not post the name and the message, but this user made promises he or she couldn't keep. Said it wouldn't be a problem at all to get accepted, especially if I used the provided ref link since this user has been a member on FileIce for a long time now and not a single ref has been denied, yet.
The explanation and the advice was pretty sloppy and the application itself worse than the way I would've done it, but I trusted him, because being a ref of a longterm member might just seal the deal for me. Well it didn't..

If someone had a genuine method to get you accepted they would post it here, to help you and others. Always take offers of help through PM with a pinch of salt.I'm sorry I can't help, but I'm not in the PPD business.

You should consider CleanFiles as your network. They provide a instant verification for blackhatworld members since the owner of cleanfiles is a member of this forum.

Use a website and briefly explain your method No need to mention names or anything else! They'll accept you. Don't tell them that u're gonna promote fake hacks/keygens lol
say something like "I have created my own ebook and I want to content lock it to generate some revenue", or something like that.

I don't have a website. My method is probably going to function without a website. Problem is that I have a couple of ideas spinning around in my head, but I don't know which one (if one at all) is going to be successfull and therefore I don't know which method to describe to make a good impression.
Did you get accepted with that eBook method?
