Are you sure you want to do this? It will annoy your visitors to the maximum and I doubt anyone would ever come back to your site.
Also, I have read that there are networks that do not like when affiliates link to other networks (their competition) so I highly recommend you contact your AM to make sure it is allowed.

I think it doesn't matter if visitors won't come back to your site, cause based on my experience almost all of PPD users are using fakes..

Content lock on your homepage will give you a poor bounce rate won't get you a ban though "well at least I don't think so", best to make them go to 2/3 pages first this lowers your bounce make them wait too, have a countdown clock set randomly so they stay on your pages for a while.
