Hey man, im getting a lot of people emailing me saying they cant access the download after doing survey, and if they did complete the survey, i should have gotten paid. I do not know whether the content will unlock or not, but if someone does a survey and completes it, shouldn't the *unlock* count go up?

Depends on how quickly they did the survey, it's kind of like a security feature. I'll look into the unlocking bit though, someone else mentioned that to me earlier.

Try in around 5 minutes, it sometimes takes time to update the database.
 
Still nothing, i mean i get approved, but i was inactive for a long time, and i did not receive any email about suspending my account. So whats wrong?

I was thinking the exact same thing! I'm thinking English is his first language but saying ''was'' instead of were - or ''would of'' instead of would have, even in the original post bothers me as these are slangs not to be used in something that is supposed to seem ''professional''

I know he is trying to be nice, but his reaction when mad at customers bothers me as well, oh well..

English is my first language haha, I don't pay too much attention to what I'm typing as long as you get the message that's fine.
I usually cut corners as I'm still pretty young I'm used to slang as that's how I've grown up typing (era of MSN and that).

I don't mean to come off as rude haha, sorry!
