File/Url Locker Question

hey guys im using CPAgrip and trying too figure out the content url locker.

i make my content locker and edit the text and stuff, but then when im finished i click " get code " and i get a link too share, when people click this link it goes too the content lock page but if someone fills out the survey or does the action how do i get paid for that affiliate if it doesnt give me a ref feral link or anything?? it just gives me the locker url...

Does the locker url already have built in code that has my affiliate tracker and will get me paid if someone completes the action? i am confused. thanks for the help

Since the above poster already answered your question, I'm just gonna say that I prefer OGAds to CPAGrip. Better offers for their built in content lockers.
