anyone know a server provider that can hold 13 million songs? I know it won't be cheap im just trying to find something cost effective.

i think in this case better to own your servers by yourself .....

How many space you want because many of site provide paid services but all depend upon your required space and budget .

13 mil song is very huge file,, you need to get a VPS or dedi for this

You'll need a SAN.... based on an average file size of 5MB per song, you're looking at 78,000,000 MB's of data, which is 78TB's. I don't think you'll get 78 x 1TB drives in a single server. Budget needs to be massive, $1500/month for a full rack in a datacentre plus the cost of the hardware ($25,000+ for a second hand SAN), plus servers and setup. That being said, Akamai's CDN would be able to handle it - of course you would no doubt need to prove your ownership of the music which no doubt you can provide

I doubt he ownes the ownership of that many songs, if he did he would not be on Bhw

for low cost servers you can try 15minuteservers, pritell, or count on inmotion as well but it will cost you lil more!
