As we own a filesharing website, should we need to register it as a company?

If yes, what is the best method?

Can we using something like this?

I'm assuming you're based in the UK? If you are, I think you can have your home registered as your office, you can then even claim electricity as an expense etc.

If not, register a company in your country.

Either way, if you're making money. Speak to a lawyer and an accountant. You will get the best advice that way. Obviously it all depends on what files you're hosting...
