File hosting script

I have some copyright pdf comics which I want to host.

First I host on my own server where i used open source ProjectSend script by applying popup ads in this its increase server bandwidth. So I get series complaint by webhoster.

Then I host on gdrive where I get dmca complaint and id disable

Is there any solution to hide google drive links I have also tried url shortner. But no use. Or any free open source php script for self hosting any whatever trick.

If yes please share may b your solution or trick will help someone in the future. Sorry for not so good Explanations

I don't want to move new service its a problem of script not hosting I want some one who have BHW Trick or tip who want to share with us
