File Hosting CMS That Allows Direct Download And Stats,

hi guys,

I run a hentai manga site,
and I've tried some file cloud sites that allow direct downloads with a limited / premium bandwidth for direct downloads,

I want to allow my users to directly download the english translated hentai manga that I have but without restriction of 60 seconds,
but the problem is most of them, in the end will delete my files (DUH, slap myself due to grey area of porn) because it's adult stuff,

now I'm left with the option of getting a filehost for my own,
that way I control the files without those goodie 2 shoes complaining so much,

I don't want the files to be hosted on my own servers as that would slow my site down tremendously,
I need a separate solution, a file manager CMS that can track the files downloaded,

hopefully the CMS is easy to be installed on any host.
If you're host please do offer me your hosting plan that comes with the CMS, And I'm all yours, (JUST PM ME),

what I need is simple,
I upload my files to the server (like MEGA, MEDIAFIRE, or Filefactory),

it provides me with a directdownload link,
and VUALA I can share on my hentai site,
