I usually get a higher number of disputes than regular store because the quality of the product isn’t the best. So far I always refunded my customers if they complained, however I started getting another type of customers, once the product is shipped, they will open a dispute that they did not authorize the transaction, which is clear that they want the product for free.

However this customer requested infomartion regarding the shipping of the product, which indicates that they did authorize the purchase.

What do you think, would I be able to win this dispute, is it actually worth it firghting disputes like these ones, or better to just leave it?

I would go with dispute, it's clear at least for me that buyer is lying.

Depends on the average price of order and how big of a problem this is.

Major companies simply BUDGET fraud into their expenses.

If it gets out of hand or this has been happening a lot lately, dispute agressively.

If this is rare, let it go--keep making money.

If you know that the quality of the product is not so good maybe you can describe better the product or make a honest video review with your product, in this way the buyers know what they are paying for and you can decrease the rate of refund. As I know if you get too many refund requests on paypal they can limit your account.

i would dispute it .

under the grounds that a email is sent at the time the item has been paid for from ebay.

and why at that day and time they didnt report the problam.

i would also ask ebay to look into there account and see if there doing this to others.

if you got to return a full refund , i would ask for a picture of the item smashed to pieces .

if they want the item i am sure there drop the case imeditly.

all the years i have used ebay never had such request.

i would also dispute it becouse your account will look doggy and suspicius.

any body that buy a item got to enter there paypal info for the item to get paid for.

so deep down your being accused of fraud.

if you was in a shop and the till lady said you not paid for what in your bag, and she looked and saw nothink , you just walk out.

but with a online shop the only way to protect your self is make a dispute, in this case your look guily if you dont.

i am very sure if he been playing ebay there see paterns in his account, as it a unusal request , but if your both innocent then maybe your both be compensated buy ebay.

maybe ebay will pay for the return of the item as they can get that back via tax, and the transaction is reversed, if both partys are not guilty.

Actually that's a great point that I missed.

Not sure what dropshipping operation you're in, but if you're on eBay aiming to be a top-rated-seller, you'll want to keep those

Yeah man definitely dispute it! Also, why would you refund them? They bought the product, the quality isnt the best? Okay. They still bought it, it comes with buying online- if i were you i wouldnt refund any of them.

if you're using paypal they have a pretty shitty way of doing things which end up limiting your account
