FFS Help me (indexing some pages)

Hi, I've done some manual commenting on wordpress blogs and i got about 50 pages. I want to index these pages.
For the last couple of days I pinged those pages with senukex but it seems that's not working.
Please help me. What should I do ? I read something about creating an rss file. What to do next? :baby09:

And another question: After how many days after those pages are indexed I should see any results in SERPS?

Well creating feeds and submitting them to directories should be enough. Results depend on your current ranking, the competition and the backlink quality.

Go to page to RSS load in the Urls one at a time Make the RSS feeds run them through a RSS pinger also automatically post the feeds to Twitter through the page to RSS site.

I didn't understand anything from what you said.
